Veganomicon

If there is one vegan cookbook  that could  be elected as  a standard for every other one,  then this one would make a big chance. Two of the most famous vegan chefs together made this clapper. The book can be used as a very good introduction to vegan cooking. But the more experienced vegan cook will find enough challenges. What makes this book exceptional are the good and often humorous introductions to the recipes. Additional advantages are many useful tips, a very good index and menu examples.
